The best is water. Although juice, milk and green tea are good too.
If you aren't diabetic it's ok to have the occasional soda or two ;)
Whatever your stomach can handle that isn't alcohol is good.
I drank lots of water, hot tea with honey, apple juice, cranberry juice, 2 percent milk and soy milk (vanilla).

I was really anal while I was preggy with my first child, I drank only water and some juice.... But it will not hurt your baby to have a little caffiene or artificial sweeteners! I have a small glass of OJ for breakfast every day, then just drink water all day while I'm at work, and some nights I get really wild and have a soda or a tea! Trust me, your Dr would agree, it's ok!!!

Hey Well done for cutting back - it would be totally awesome if you could quit altogether. Your baby will certainly thank you when it's older. And it's only 9 months. Not a long time if you think about it I know my mum used to drink sparingly (like a glass of wine once a week kind of nothing-drink) and me and my siblings are totally fine, and smart lol If you mean getting totally trashed 2 nights a week.. eeehh that is VERY bad for the baby lol. Not fetal-alcoholism-syndrome bad, but not-all-that-smart bad, perhaps You should totally abstain for a while Please? =]

I hate plain water so water with lemon. I also liked lemonade. I just had this thing about needing something tangy. I am not normally like that. But soft drinks all tasted weird - as did many foods that I usually liked. Strange things happen to your tastes when you are pregnant. :0)

Water is the only one that comes to mind. You can drink milk and juice. I loved tomato and V8 when preggy. I made caffeine free tea or coffee and drank it sugar free.

Stay away from anything with aspartame (most diet drinks have it!!!) unless it lists Sucralose (=Splenda).
If you crave a beer, try an O'Douls, in this heat, it tastes great! Caffeine free is always best...but water is the safest.

Milk, water, oj, and Sierra Mist Free. But it might have artificial sweetners, so you'd have to look at the ingredients. But that's what I drink.
