I've been with the same woman for 23 years, and can say from experience that there have been times I have gone without for months...Whether it was timing or stress I can't be certain, but it happens.

I think 2 days is the longest I have gone between orgasms. Are you asking this for some cruel guideline? Be nice and do it as often as you want. But understand and unattended man tends to roam.
