Like the man said, just roll it on, but it feels better if your lady
friend does the honors. Tom, you don't say how old you are but you are missing out of some good pleasure by not being circumcised. I had a cousin that was 16 when he was finally circumcised as the foreskin would not come back over the head of the penis. Just make sure that yours does, and if it does not you could be headed for problems. "smegma". That is a substance that collects underneath the foreskin near the head of the penis, and it truly has to be really cleaned with soap and water., There is no solution, cream or anything on the market that will take care of the smegna problem but perfect "hygeine". There is no corralation between penile cancer and "Smegma", providing the foreskin will come over the head of the penis, and proper hygeine is acheived.
Don't want to alarm the ladies but there would be no way I would perform oral sex on my mate if the foreskin would not come back over the head of the penis. A condom would be in order. Never tasted latex, but maybe whip-cream, or any other flavored iquid would get rid of the rubber taste....

If the man is not circumcised, then pull back the foreskin before rolling the condom on.

The same way you would if you were cut put it on your cock just like if you were cut and if it doesn't fit you need to get a bigger size condom
