1. University of Miami will be #1 by week 4 of the season and then hold that posiition until the end of the season.
2. Troy Smith of Ohio State will win the Heisman Trophy as he has too many offensive weapons that will give him the statistics to win. It's the defense that will let down the Buckeyes this season.
3. Seattle for the NFC and Cincinnati for the AFC with the Seahawks the champion.

I look at gambling odds, when trying to predict outcomes, in sports. The reason why is because they're paid to do it, and the more accurate they are to the actual score, the more money they will earn for the house.
