www.entertainmentmania.com is the seller. They sold the item thru eBay, but they're no longer registered with them, I already contacted eBay and they can do nothing. I mailed the seller many times and never got a reply. I'd like to know if there's anything I can do to get my money back. Thanks.

Report it to the Better Business Bureau or you can report it to the Federal Trade Commission. eBay provides the place for merchants to sell items and that is it. Pretty much you risk your money on auction sites like eBay.

I went to the site after answering and clicked on the link that manages the website for entertainmentmania.com. It is maintained by ChannelAdvisor Corp. Maybe you can contact them to see who you can talk to. But report it to the BBB and the FTC and pray that you get your money back. Worst case scenario, it was a scam and they used eBay to lure in "customers".

If you paid with a credit card, contact your bank - they'll charge it back and refund your money if it's within a certain time period.

If the post office was involved in any way (like you mailed them a check or money order) you can contact the postal inspectors.

Their website has no contact information, never a good sign.

If you paid through paypal you can file a dispute with them. They try to contact the seller to resolve your dispute. They have helped me several times with disputes and I got my money back. You can also contact your bank they will help you with disputes also. Good Luck

If you made payment via paypal they should be able to refund you. If you paid with a credit card you could call your credit card company and tell them your story. Then they'd be able to open a desput and possiably refund you your money that way.
That shocks me that ebay isn't able to help you, try calling them.

Report it to your local police. If you have paid through paypal they should have a seller protection policy they can help you recover the funds.

You can file a complaint with eBay. There's more information here:
