that the Gov. manipulates figures to make things look better than they are, people drop off the unemployment reading after they have been unemployed for 6 months, because they no longer get the benefits so the actual unemployment now is really much higher. Are there any other things like that, cuz with car guy selling cars low it seems the economy is not as good as they say either????

Actually, published unemployment figures are usually based on a survey of large companies adding or reducing their workforce. This tends to overstate unemployment because small businesses employee more people.

try asking the federal reserve for correct statistics b/c they're independent of politics, they just deal with the economics.
