Mental Illness is a illness of the mind that originates in the brain due to chemical imbalances and or abuse or learned behavors in childhood. It is impossible to remove a mind and fix it . Therefore there are drugs that have been developed to help the brain balance and work the way it is supposed to in the first place to put it in laymans terms. The illness also takes a heavy toll on the patient and the people who love them and anyone who supects a loved one is experiencing it should encourage them to seek help right away! The majority of the time drugs can give them a much better quality of life.

Anything moving away from normal human behavior.
If you are in a line say the mini mart and someone shoves you to get ahead. Move out of his way and apologize for getting in his way. That's what we were told. Because that is not normal behavior and he is either on drugs or crazy and he might just pull out a knife and stab you. Any aggressive behavior is suspect.
Most normal people won't do that. common courtesy.
If they act that way they have mental problems and could hurt you.
