Bounty hunting for bail jumper is LEGAL in this country, in case you are unaware of it. When someone jumps bail, he is the property of the bonding company, and the bondsman, or his agent can cross state lines and use whatever necessary force, to bring him back to satisfy the money the bondsman is out.

I think that more people would say yes than would like to admit it. So instead, they simply take out those aggressions on deer, elk, bears, lions, and the like.
