Are you a member? You should be able to get in and look around without signing in. Do you have it blocked in site controls. How do you know you can't get in, what does it say. Do you use IE or Netscape?

I cannot get in either. Have changed password, registered, etc. several times, even got put
into ATT. Now it is a mess too. Still unable to get into ebay.

That is weird. I didn't have a problem getting in just now. Maybe your computer is running slow?
