Some studies suggest that while these illegals may not pay tax just like you or I they do contribute in terms of sales tax when they buy things. Some estimates are that such revenue is worth over a trillion dollars a year.
But sure, it's not fair. But would you be willing to pay about 20% more for some goods and services to be rid of the cheap labor this country relies on?

This law is a whole lot more complicated than the question appears. Someone immigrating to the US is subject to taxes from day 1, as is a person with a green card. Non-resident aliens who are here for a limited time might be able to exclude some of their income that is not from US sources from US taxes.
Money made in the US is subject to US taxes even for non-resident aliens. So the example above is not applicable - they'd be subject to tax.
It is true that some illegal aliens work "under the table" and don't pay taxes on their earnings. Many US citizens, native born or otherwise, do the same thing. And no, that's not fair, whether they're illegal, legal immigrants, or people born here. Working "under the table" is big business unfortunately.

It's not okay to Americans and it also not right that when they do come here and live for awhile they never learn to speak English, or my thoughts are they pretend they do not speak it just to get special privaleges.
