More than Words by Extreme ... (and this is from a Clapton fan!
sorry to all who voted for Tears in Heaven - the reason behind him writing such an amazing piece makes it probably the most beautiful yet saddest song of all time - hence by decision not to
vote it my no. 1 - I could feel the tears & heartbreak.. and as with most parents could only imagine his pain)
Extreme song just out of character for them and it IS a real schmaltzy lurve song

Has to be Yesterday by Paul McCartney, doesn't it?! Amazing song.
And incidently, Paul apparently dreamt the song in his sleep. He woke up and wrote it down believing it was a song he'd heard or knew from somewhere but couldn't remember where. He asked EVERYBODY if they'd heard it and nobody had.
Also he only had the tune in his head so he sung it at first to "scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs" ... unbelievable but true! :)

Talk tonight performed by Noel Gallagher on a cassette that I got free with some magazine. Can't remember what it was called or where I put the bloody thing.
