Even though I didn't know him, I feel like I knew him from watching him on tv so long. Yes that is so sad. He had 2 young kids and wife. I bet all the employees at the zoo are really sad too.

The world has lost one of it's great people. Steve's fight for the conservation of animal habitats, and his fight to help save the world's endangered species will truely be in need of a new champion.

I didn't know he died. I just read your question and looked it up. That is sad because he had children. It is also sad how he died.

That guy was amazing.... The thing that I will remember and appreciate most about him is that he lived life on HIS terms.., and whatever he did, he did in hopes of making the world a better place.

The world needs more men and women like him.
