They can be a form of cancer. I dont want to scare you but someone I know had the same problem and had to get them burned off. Its a process of putting some sort of acid or frozen liquid on your nose carefully. That will get rid of the spots and leave scabs behind but like a scab it will heal and leave you with a fresh clean looking nose with clear skin and no black dots. Talk to your docter about it to see what it really is and what you can do about it.

if they are flat and just tiny dots, they are still blackheads. the pores are just clogged from oil. they are tough to get out because they are flat there is not a good pressure place to squeeze. i get these and i have figured out how to get most of them out but it's tough to explain. try using an oil absorbing mask twice a week to stop new ones.

It could be hair trapped under your skin, try exfoliating (St. Ives Apricot scrub is the most popular scrub in the US, but try out different ones if you like) and using those pore strips.

i use the biore patches they work great on unclogging pores. Main things have a good facial cleansing regime that is made for yous skin type.
