Stop repeating yourself and keeping me locked up in your office listening to you repeat yourself because you think you have to get the point across a million different ways... and lose some weight; you can hardly breath after walking a block - do you want to die before your first child is born? Oh, and quit talking to half the staff outside of office hours otherwise you will keep adding to the drama that doesn't cease. And while I am at it, stop giving me the calls with people whom you haven't dealt adequately with. Lastly, I want every other Friday off with pay for putting up with your BS all year.

being as i am my own boss... and a good one.
i can't fairly answer this one...but i know my employees would put in all positive replies.
why?...because of the long lunch breaks...the longer than 15 min breaks... because of the kick *** parties...and much more.
i'm pretty laid back...as long as the job gets done right and on time...in the hours required... then i don't care.
