We have been together for about a year and a half. He likes salt water fish and just got his liscense to scuba dive. We are freshman in college but he doesn't have a problem with low cash so the whole gift certificates to resturantes probably won't be a good idea. On the other hand I am VERY low on cash right now so I do have a spending limit. (lets try to keep it under $100) He is very lay back but outgoing too. Please help me out!!

Go to the nearest scuba shop and buy him a bunch a little useful things that would benefit an underwater exployer. See if you can find a book that has easy to find and detail creatures that live underwater

Or go to Pier 1 Imports or online and find something to do with the ocean.'

Take cards (the post-it kind) and make a game out of it; have him follow the trail until he finds u in ur room with candles and some fruit, chocolate, whip cream (etc.....), have on a really sexy outfit and say Happy Birhtday trust me best present he'll every want YOU!!!!

Have you thought about making him a gift basket? It is really inexpensive, and different. You can put in it an inexpensive watch, some cologne, a tie, and some candy. I have done this for male friends, and family members (including my husband), and they really enjoyed it!
