I think that if he flirts with you everyday he will make the move eventually. You are a girl, and girls don't make the first move.

I am having that same problem. I have, in my situation, decided to just be friends for a while and see what will happen. If he tries to get closer to me I might ask him out. Sorry if that didn't help you.

If you like him as a friend, then I wouldn't, because if you guys ever broke up, then it would be really awkward. But otherwise, go ahead if you've got nothing to lose.
