Maybe it should not be illegal........but I am positive of one thing and I have always told my adult children: We are all capable of crossing lines of morality if we start down that slippery slope. I am convinced that you could do a study and find out that perfectly normal, contributing citizens could watch porn enough to not only get addicted to it, but reach a point where their lives are unmanageable and they begin to cross that line of ethics that each of us have inside of us........my advice.....don't ever start down that slippery slope in any facet of life. Mankind is very capable of evil.

It depends on the kind. Child pornography is illegal. From a moral standard, though, porn is very damaging to a person spiritually. It should be illegal.

Well, it depends on the kind of porn you are referring to.Regular porn between consenting adults is legal in the US however, of course child pornography, slasher porn etc is definitely illegal and should be.

Child porn and or Amateur porn which had a clearly non willing participant is, otherwise no. Except for maybe in Salt Lake City lol.

No, but there are restrictions. For example, all models must be over the age of 18 and must consent to having their pictures taken and distributed. It's like driving; driving is perfectly legal, but driving drunk is not.

If the people in it are minors (17 and below), then yes.
Also, if the participants did not agree to the sexual activities or give consent that their image could be used and shown to others.
