Those American jet jockeys are some of the most foolish people given authority to kill! Just like hunters that shoot first and decide later if they should or not these idiots fired upon allies without determining prior to release whether they are a viable target! One time pilots had to fly over the runway at least once to be sure they could land, if only these Canadian soldiers were given as much consideration!

Well, American pilots have had a reputation for not being able to hit the broadside of a barn with anything that goes boom since at least the vietnam era...

but I don't know what incident you're talking about. Perhaps a newslink, or a description of the location this happened at would improve your answers.
