I don'tknow if they have names. There are different versions of how the crest evolved, but I believe that Richard the Lionheart was the king who introduced the 3 lions & that they represented England, Normandy & Aquitaine. They are also often referred to as leopards, rather than lions.

The three golden lions on the Royal Arms can be traced back to the Crusading King Richard I ("The Lionheart"). They are not pictorial representations of individual animals, and nor do they have names as such. Rather, they are icons from the medieval system of heraldry which was used by knights and princes firstly as symbols on the battlefield, and then as status symbols and marks of rank and prestige. The Royal Arms have evolved over the years to incorporate the various claims and descent of British rulers. Some nine centuries of history explains why the design of the present-day Royal Arms are quite intricate.
