Yes. Talk to your gyno. Tubal ligation is fairly common, but I would advise you to think it over carefully, as I don't think it can be reversed. There may come a time in your life when you would want to have your own children, so give it a lot of thought and soul searching before you decide to have it done. Why not consider birth control instead -- at least for the time being?

uhh....surgery obviously. you might not want to go for a hysterectomy since it sends you straight into post-operative menopause, but there are relativelt quick and minor surgeries to "tie" your tubes. (nowadays, they cauterize the fallopian tubes anyway, not just tie them)

Yes there is, but it will cost you money unless you have an underlying disorder.
It is considered an elective surgery.

talk to yur doctor and let them talk to you about some alternatives to that, you could change your mind later on.
