Pal, you need to hold it longer than that. I would say at least most of the night when you are with your lady friend I presume..
I knew many ladies that could have quick orgasms, and some that it took an hour, and sometimes longer. Mood plays a part also. If you are a drinker try about 12 beers and see if you can hang in there. No "pun" intended. But don't pass out...
