Sorry, but Crocs are the most comfortable and best-wearing shoes I have ever had! Forget the ugly. The fad must not have reached here yet because I have only seen 2 orther people with them besides me and the local health care workers.
Cool, sis_ter_di, you are absolutely right!
I have about 6 pairs in different colors and don't hesitate to wear them whenever I want. If you do outdoor stuff like light exploring in and near water you can walk right in and the water flows in and out. On wet slippery grass and other turf, they have better traction than my sneakers or boots. To top it all off, you can get them as dirty as you want and they will clean up like new with a few squirts of the hose.
Besides, I think they look pretty cute, especially if you have little feet.

I love them. I'd have a pair in every color if I could. They are comfortable, especially when you have to spend any amount of time on your feet. Ask the next nurse you see wearing them.
It's the "fad" part that makes them suck.

Between Crocs and Uggs I don't know which is worst. They are definately not to be worn in the professional workplace -- which I have seen.

I also thought so however I bought a pair(a knock off brand) and was very pleased with the comfort! If you are on your feet for long periods of time these are great!! I can not however stomach seeing guys in them think they are strictly for ladies

I don't like them either. I think they're hideous! But everyone I know says they are very very comfortable. A lot of nusres etc. are wearing them for that reason.

They are no uglier than flip flops, which also should never be worn to work or formal gatherings.
