The money needs to go to a specific German bank account, so I guess money transfer services (Western Union etc) are out of the question.

Worldpay is £9. Can be used for payments up to £2K equivalent. Believe most UK banks will do this but for their own customers only. Care you must have full & correct details for German bank (Bank code & a/c no) or they will not accept.

if the person has an email adress...the quickest and probably cheapest way is by Paypal.....used by alot of people on ebay

there isn't one as i wanted to do it a few weeks ago.So i send money to my sister via post and she put it on an account for me.
