And since you have INFECTED flea bites, I would suggest that you de-flea your whole premises. It's a lot of work. But afterwards, get your dog onto a monthly flea medication. You won't have the problem again.

if your dog has fleas i would expect you to have alot more bites. you should put your dog on something like frontline, advantage, or program. fleas are usually feet and ankles unless you lay on the carpet. you dont have to see mosquitos to get bit.

Most likely fleas. You need to get them off the dog and out of your carpets fast. They multiply "very" fast and can infest your house in a matter of a week.
