It all depends on the resources where you are. You failed to mention the country, state, or city where you live.

If you are in a big city the local community college would be a good place to start. They may have services to help you or they may be able to direct you to some other adult school.

If you have enough money check the yellow pages (phone book) for other personal language teachers or language schools.

Also, there are materials you can buy to teach yourself at a bookstore or even the library. In general reading a lot will help you learn proper English.
