No, You can't do this legally. There are hang tags that you can get to move from one car to another but if you have the license plates then they have to stay on that car.

Yes because the handicap sticker is issued to a person not a car why dont you just swap stickers from one vechicle to another? If you do copy it make sure it comes out very clear and read on the sticker to see if it says donot duplicate I am not 100% positive if it is legal or not my grand mother copied hers so when other family members bring her places they each have a copy...
