I have some of the Answears, some may remember me from many moons ago.I am not asking the public to judge me, for the crimes i have been to jail for and Paid in full. The Issue here is, How The goverment did what it did. how the Handled me. How the Refuss even to come half way and talk to me. Yet will, Distroy a family. with twisted Lies., I hope, you can see that there is 3 sides to all this, Thiers/mine and the truth. two of us is telling the Truth, two of us, fight to seek the justice. But it is Just Us two, all I ask is that Fair chance to bring all This out. So that the Truth can be Free.

Murder is murder unless it's capital punishment, self defence, or killing in war.

What in...oh forget it. Whatever your dealio is, I don't care. I agree with the first answerer, there are individual circumstances to every murder. There's psycho-killers, crimes of passion, self-defense, temporary insanity, permanant insanity, no good reason whatsoever, greed, hatred, revenge, accidentally killing the guy behind the counter at the convenience store you are robbing because you smoked too much crack and need some more...and war. That's just to name a few.

I hope whatever it is that you did, or didn't do, that God may have mercy on your soul.

Murder is not murder. There are degrees and circumstances.

The taking of a life is only justified if the person believed their life was in danger.

That's the only time murder is justified.

No. There are many diffenet types and degrees of murder, as well as many other forms of homicide. They are not all the same, and should not all be treated the same.
