i hang around guys that act kinda wierd around me. does that mean they like me?

good question... hard to say for sure, too. Different guys are gonna act different in how they portray that they like you.
I think the best advice would be to just simply ask. Just be clever about how you do so. For example; say something like, "you seem interested in getting closer to me... am I crazy or is that how you feel"?

They might just be weird, that's all. But guys (around teenage ages up) tend to be extra nice with the girls they like. If they stare at you for more than 3 minutes and smiling to themselves, im pretty sure thats a sure sign they like you. Hope that helps.

usually if guys hang around u for some time that means they like u its about time and he will say it.
