ok, im reaching here but i love stuff like this.

sounds like it can be broken down to 3 parts: shequitra, la, and vonique.

I cannot find "Shequitra' so if this is a name, it is very unique. The closest thing is "Shaquille" which means 'pretty'. Maybe Shequitra is a way of making shaquille more girly. maybe i just dont know what it means. But shaq and sheq are pretty close, and quille is a lot like quelle which means which, so technically it might mean, she who is beautiful.
'la' means 'like' or 'of' -
like "lavatic' means 'like lava'...and 'lavonique' sounds like a frenchish version of 'lavatic'....

so my humble assessment would then be,

"She, who is Beautiful, like Lava".

The ending looks a little French. If you know the country or language it might be a little easier.

I don't know but the playa owes me money. Holla.
Seriously, it probably means something like dances with lions.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't "mean" anything.
It's just a very unique name.
