Have I accidentally hit a key or icon that I shouldn't? PLEASE HELP

just go to view, ( all the way up on left side) and after that click the text size tag. change it to medium or large
if it's still not working you may have to update your explorer

Check your browser. See if the options at the top are something like : File Edit View...
Click View, go down the menu to Text Size >
Open the menu for text size by moving your mouse to the right.
Increase the size and see if that helps.
I've looked on Firefox and Internet Explorer. It works pretty much the same on both.

If your using internet explorer, click at the top where it says view, scroll down to text size, and set the text size to medium. A short cut is, (if you have a mouse with a wheel) hold down Ctrl on your keyboard and scroll the wheel on your mouse either up or down.
Your screen resolution also might be set to high.

If you're using Internet Explorer, then follow black_ca_scorpio's advice.
If you're using Netscape or Firefox, then hold Ctrl and press + a couple of times.
