No, Max Factor and MAC has no connection.
Max Factor is a higher priced version of Cover Girl (they are owned by the same place, its on the back of the packaging).
Max Factor's new line of high- intesity pigments do resemeble alot of MAC's flashy make-up, and is also very good quality make up.
Just because it is sold at a drug store does not mean it is "low quality." I have done pageants and modeled for a REAAAAAAAAALLLLY long time, and I have worked with alot of talented, well-known make-up artists. They use high quality foundations (higher than department store quality), but for the rest they use drugstore brands (CG, RIMMEL, Loreal, MAX Factor, ect.).

No. Different quality all together. MAC is nice stuff. Max Factor is crap.

the price is sure different. MAC is more professional. good stuff. max factor is like whatever. normal stuff. cheap kind. well....NOTHING is like MAC because they are their own company organization

no maxfactor is made by ellen betrix and olay. mac is by estee lauder and is more expensive i prefer mac blush and eyeshadows but maxfactor foundation has better coverage and there mascara is pretty good too

no it is not... MAC is an estee lauder product... only bought from them or in major department stores...
Max factor can be bought in any store.....
