hey, im 15 and thinking about having a halloween party..anyone know some good websites for throwing a halloween party/decorations ect.., games to play. im inviting boys and girls.

Plan on having a theme for your party. Ghostship, witches castle, are a couple of examples. We had a theme that we call fractured fairy tales. Each room in the house was a different fairy tale. Kitchen, Hansel & Gretal - food, had mask (in window) and fingers stuck in door of oven, I was the "cook". Also it's where all the goodies were laid out. Garage was Alice in Wonderland with a Mad Hatter tea party, Queen of hearts "off with their heads" with a mad Alice & White Rabbit. Family room was Little Miss Muffet. Whole room had the spiders all over ceiling and any kind of spider decoration we could find. Living room was Rumpelstilskin & Sleeping Beauty. Rumpel was an ogre looking person & SB had sausage intestines laying on her dead body. In front yard was Wizard of Oz (not exactly a fairy tale but close enough) with monkey eating head of scarecrow and we had Pumpkin head (original Wizard of Oz) greeting guests.
This party had 9 people "working" it. But it was absolutely wonderful.

A good place for decorations are
Dollar stores and if you have a Factory Card Outlet where you live.
The website that I have used in the past was www.orientaltrading.com especially if you are considering a theme party.
Ebay also.
