This is when force,(momentum), usually from high velocity winds makes your car body sway or bounce.
Itegratting new heavier schock absorbers and struts may drasticly cut down on this, depending on your vehicle type.
Unfortunately, without knowing exactly what make and model your vehicle is, I can not go further with your questions answer.

Weight distribution moving around the centre of gravity of your car. If you were to lower the the car using a lowering kit you would lower the center of gravity of the car and thus reduce the ammount of body roll. Stiffer shock absorbers and springs would control the body roll and an anti lift kit would control lift when you accelerate hard or go over a brow of a hill etc.
Body roll is also were your so pissed you can't get up off the floor.
Enjoy

The rolls will get bigger and it will get slower and slower if you dont sort it out. The best thing to do is put it on a strict diet with loads of water and make it run everyday.
