SOME PEOPLE TAKE UP WITH GOOD LOOKING PEOPLE BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE, AND SEE IT AS A STATUS SYMBOL. THEY ARE EASILY THREATENED BY THE ATTENTION OF OTHERS. IT IS SILLY, BECAUSE THAT IS WHY THEY GOT WITH THEM TO BEGIN WITH. TO DRAW ATTENTION......
BEST BET IS TO GET WITH SOMEONE BECAUSE OF WHO THEY ARE, NOT WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE. STAY WITH THEM IF THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE #1. KICK THEM TO THE CURB IF THEY DON'T.

Not all women try to get a good-looking man to begin with. Personality is more important than looks for many women, especially in long-term relationships. For your second question, women do not "try to act like they don't trust" if they are serious about their partners/relationship.
If you had partners like the ones you have described, that means they neither respect nor love you...

By dreaming
By desiring fair and tallest man
By having smart man beside her
By cheating or ....
but they know all are fake, and without fake no man will care of them.And if they show that they are nothing but a tool no manw ill care and feel attrack.
Without this they can't live, cause their live will be useless and ignorant.
