more surface tension and surface area in a foamed soap thus allowing more suspension of dirt/grease particles

To have an efficient soap it must, obviously, clean. To improve how well a soap cleans depends on how much foam (more foam, more surface area of the soap present, ie, more interaction between the soap suds and your skin) and the potency of the soap.

All soaps foam, I'm sure soaps from a dispenser are more "efficient" just because you won't waste as much water when you try to suds w/ up a liquid soap.

I guess because when you use other types of soap who have to get it to foam before it starts cleaning - foaming soap - saves the time/water/soap - I am not sure about the cleaner part!@

Soap foam is less dense than liquid. This means that it has more effective surface area than an equivalent weight of liquid.

I agree with gary o. I see your source is an advertisement for a foaming dispenser. They naturally claim there product is better.

who says it is? All any soap does is lower the surface tension to you can break up the material on your hands so the water (a solvent) can do its job.
