No use airing your dirty laundry here. If you have a case against them, sue them in the Small Claims Court to recoup your loss.
Or contact CASE to help you. Even blacklist them if you are right.
Don't rant like mad here as no one can help you. Help yourself.

i think you are using the wrong channel to vent your frustrations. does your behaviour now differs from theirs?
since you have already made a police report, please let the police handle it.
