I would like to know how do i get informaiton of the relevant offer's and how can i communicate with all the network provider's and the various different contract's available? I do not have a company i would like to start from scratch

Let me see if I understand this right;
You don't have a business, but you want to start one.
You know what business you want to start, but you have no idea how to source your product, how to go about setting up the business or even who you need to contact to find out what options are available.
I admire your imagination, but I think you need to start by finding out at least SOMETHING first!
Do you really think anyone in Yahoo Answers is going to tell you how to set up an on-line phone business?

I suggest you post another few questions online and see not only if we can answer that question, but if we can finance you and write your business plan. You could try 118 118 they normally have all the answers!!!
