no, I hate them. They should only be used in females that pretty much have nothing and look like boys. I would much rather be with a girl with a real A or B cup than a fake D or DD. They may make you look better in clothes but you'll have scars when you're naked, and they don't feel good AT ALL. There are other things you can do to get bigger boobs, like massage them and try to gain weight, or get pregnant.

Is the sky blue? I don't like boobs that scrape the ground. I like boobs that are nice and round. Some fake ones looks like botched plastic surgery. Small perky breasts are very attractive, too. After implants women don't feel the sensation as much.

I'm married now, so I don't care either way, but if I wasn't I'd say no. Plastic surgery is just fake in my mind unless it's because of something that disfigured someone and they're trying to look like they did

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They never have a good shape, they look too damn round, and some have little ridges on the side.....
The wife is nearly flat, but i prefer that to fake boobies.
Plus who would want to put a woman to the trouble of cutting her body open and putting some fake junk in there, no thank you.

not really... someone should do it just then when their breasts look really bad.
40% of man does not give a damn about breasts. Until the forms are in proportion... everything is OK

Im not a guy but i think most men prefer the natural look unless they like women who look like porn stars, it would be interesting to know what they prefer tough
