That is totally impossible. You can get a list of all the actors and actresses in the SAG (Screen Actors Guild) by going to their website. They would just be screen actors though.
There are also stage actors and commercial actors. In every city state and country in the world.
Do you just want famous actors?

No way to know this one. There are way too many in Hollywood alone, most of whom you will never see. Then there's the hundreds of small theaters around just the United States, with all of their part-time actors and actresses.
Bollywood? Thousands there.
This was an impossible question in the first place, I think.

No one would ever be able to "name" them all! Hell, I had an uncle who was an actor. His name was John Kellogg, and the most recent film I know of that he was in was "Jacob Have I Loved." He was the crusty old sea captain...lol. So, there will be many whom most people have never even heard of.
