I am afraid I can't tell you where to find such a home, however my assumption would be that you would likely be best off to contact and or research the manufacturing companies of manufactured homes and or trailers, and see if they can make adjustments to their designs to accomodate your specific needs.

In over 20 years selling real estate, I have not seen to many homes, never mind manufactured homes that have been dramatically adjusted, and ever come for sale as a resale, theyh tend to stay with the people, and the people likely do not move as often as those that do not require any adjustment to their home(s).

This I am sure is largely due to the extend of adjustments needed and the cost of doing it.

Your best bet may be to buy an older home with the size that works for you, and redesign the interior to fit your needs, with the assistance of a local experienced construction company.

Good Luck, I hope this gives you some direction.
