its somthing cheerleaders do.... it is called a back bend walk over, or somthing like that....and what is it, can you send me a video of someone do it??????? please answer

I don't have a video, but I'll describe it the best I can.
The person arches backwards into a "bridge" and flips backwards, one leg first so they "walk over".
Sorry if that was a vague description...

thts easy i dont even do cheerleading its when u bend down backwards some people call it a bridge and you walk in that position

its called a backwalkover.....you do a backbend....but only put one foot down and it has to be fast enough so u can kick both legs over
