how do i get rid of of unwanted bumps on my arms and face?????

they are small and rather noticeable everyone is noticing one little boy said "are those arm pimples??" it was heart breaking!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think like every girl has the ones on there arms i know i do but now i dont bc if u ask ur doctor she/he will give u this medicine it works for me!
