in my experience that i have had is when you are alone and you fel fear from the pit of your stomach and when the back of your neckhairs seem to stand up, also i have felt that someone has put a wet cloth on my neck and is breathing had on it, which means that it is usually a bad spirit as agood one would leave you alone when you tell them to
