Most countries in the developed world have literacy rates close to 100%.
It would be spurious to try and break it down any further.
EDIT:
It would be spurious in the sense that saying that the top country is at 99.993% and the next country is 99.992% is suggesting a degree of accuracy that probably isn't truely reflective of the actual underlying rates.
