Commonly known as Stage Irish. Load of old castrated bulls - bullocks. As an Irishman living in London for 40 years, I get it regularly on the Golf Course where I work. Whenever someone uses it, I just tell them of the castrated bulls, but leave out everything except the last word.............

The expression even made it to the last Harry Potter movie...it's the quidditch world cup - Bulgaria v Ireland. Some of the Irish banners have "top of the mornin" on them!!!
