Who will finish with the best record? - Mets
Who will have played the best baseball? - Tigers
the Tigers are in a stronger division than the Mets are.
it takes a good team to beat out the challenging Twins and White Sox.
the NL East isn't really contending this year.

The Mets probably will. As for the person who said the Tigers "fought off the White Sox and Twins," the Tigers cant win against any decent AL team. They are like 5-11 against my White Sox, have a losing record to the Twins, and cant manage to take a series against the Red Sox or Yankees. The Tigers might not even take the division either, the White Sox are only 4.5 games back and the Twins are only 5 games back and with the Tigers playing how they are now, they might not even make the playoffs.

I say the Mets will but it could be the Tigers who have to play well down the stretch to hold off White Sox and Twins while the Mets have division pretty much wrapped up.

The Mets because the NL sucks and they are the only good team in the entire league. If a decent AL team like the Toronto Blue Jays were in the NL they would be sick!!
