First thing in the MORNING-CALL your doctor and get in for appt.
Talk to your gyn/ob or Planned Parenthood and perhaps you can have your pills changed to extend another week and start your period a week later.
We did it all the time. Woman that worked off shore and we could go 8-12 weeks without a period by taking the birthcontrol pills. It didn't hurt us, it just made our next cycle a little "heavier" but we prepared by taking better care of ourselves when we did have a period.
Use condoms anyway- married or not. Its a health thing, not just a pregnancy thing. I actually got a STD from my husband- from his ex-wife, that he did not mention to me. So be prepared for anything.
REALLY talk to the professional's- Your young and trust me.
You need a doctors help. Pregnant is not a answer- that's just wrong. You need to enjoy your new life together for at least a couple of years before adding to the mix. You will establish a strong and healthy sexual bond as husband and wife.
Sex is NEVER the same after kids. ask any MOM! I love my children, and spontanous sex is mourned at our house, we have to plan for "lunch dates" while the kids are at school.
Congrats on the wedding and may you have a blessed and happy long marriage. My best advise~ listen to the older wiser woman. Most want you to be happier than they were and find the joy that they have.

Yes there is something you can do. Which always works and I'm so glad that I found out how to "Skip" or "delay" my periods around certain events like vacations, sex, concerts, and so on.
If your on birth control instead of taking the "reminder" pills just start a new pack, once that you start the new pack the hormones in the pills will stop your body from menstruating. Just go ahead and take that full pack and you will get your period as soon as you get to the "reminder" pills. If your not on birth control, tell your doctor of your cycle and your wedding and she will write a precipitation. Its safe and healthy to do this because they do even have birth control that work like this so you can only have your period 4 times per year. Pretty cool huh? Congrats and good luck!

If you're on any type of birth control, that is a great way to control when you get and when you DON'T get your period. Maybe it's not to good to mess with your hormones like that, but when I come back from college on certian weekends and want to spend time with my boyfriend, I always manipulate my birth control to give us the most enjoyable time together >__<

birth control pills right away. and if by then ur period doesnt get late then go to the gyn and ask them to extract ur menstruation (which sucks the blood out and gets ur period to be less than 1 day) painful but last resort. also tamons would work unless u wanna get it on right after lol

no, but sometimes stress can make you late. I know that when i got married, I was stressed out big time. Other than that, there is no way to stop it from coming.
