Is there a glicth r somthing that can make you cmoke or drink on Gta San Andreas for PS2.

No i don't think so but i know that CJ can drink sprite or whatever it is from the can machines but thats all. he can't drink alchol!

I don't know about any of that.
CJ gets smoked out when he's helping The Truth burn his harvest. CJ makes clear, several times, that he doesn't smoke.
CJ drinks Sprunk, and he drinks at the bar when you're on a date with a girlfriend. In fact, he's such a boozer, even if he's wearing a bandana on his face, he'll drink THROUGH the bandana!
