i don't think there is a legal way unless he legally adopted you.
you can express it to a therapist, but i think they will tell you the same thing. you didn't say how old you were. to really answer that, you might want to talk to a lawyer who deals with family law.

My dear that I dont think will ever happen. Since your Step-dad is not a legal relative they wont let you live with him unless your Mom agrees with it. I am sorry that things are so bad for you right now. Is there anyway that you and your Mom can work this out??? Best wishes!!!

OK this just sounds weird okay. First he is not your dad he is your mothers, nearly, ex-husband. No blood relation at all and you want to live with him??? Huh, why? Does your mom beat you or something?? Or does daddy have alot of money?? Just guessing but big mistake if go to him.

Why do you want to move in with someone who is not your biological parent? Is your mother a bad parent? Are you a girl or a boy? If you're a girl, then please move in with your Mum. If you're a boy, you could choose, provided you have good reasons for not living with the biological parent.
All the best!

You don't say how old you are. You might have to let the courts decide. Your mother is your legal mother, and she should know what is best for you.
