Nifty no offence but have you ever watched any of these soaps and felt depressed?
A lot of these programs take up pretty much of an evening and what is left is either spent cooking dinner. Which leaves roughly five minutes to have a chat with your loved ones. Try this after dinner switch off the TV and spend some time actually talking to your other half. do this for one hour and see what happens.
Omnibus editions on Sundays anyway

well being a bloke i have to say Emmers and Corrie, as eastenders makes you want to rung to the cabinet for bloody prozac!! At least in emmers and corrie they smile. In eastenders they all have that my **** just came up for a holiday expression on their faces! About time they had a happy storyline, and if they have had one it must have been shortlived, cos i missed it lol
